If products are defective, returned, and repaired, firms can then sell those repaired products. When I think of these refurbished products, I generally think of items such as laptops, phones, iPads, etc.

Can you think of any other products that GSA might be able to easily repair and resell? Do you have any experience with this use of the reverse logistics process to add value and make a profit (either as a consumer or from the business perspective)? If so, can you discuss your experience?
