You need to develop a power point presentation in order to convince your department heads to allocate you money to buy your equipment. The presentation must be a minimum of 5 slides and must include the following. o Title Page o Details of the items you want to purchase. o Benefits of the items, for example, save money (estimate on the amount), increase productivity of staff, provide a better experience for the guest etc. o Budget figures for how much money you require. o A summary slide. You will do a presentation to the other department heads and will be allocated funds to purchase your equipment. *Remember the better your power point presentation and the more convincing your arguments the better the chance of you getting your requested money to purchase your equipment
