You need to select one topic from the below mentioned topics (You have to consult instructor for topic selection). Run detailed anlalysis as described below for analysis.

Topic 1 - Run Detailed Analytical Scamper on a Selected Brand of Pakistan (You have to select one product). You have to follow the template discussed in class and for each proposed idea in the scamper; you have to justify it with reasons. Justifications are important and carry marks, you have to justify each proposed idea with reasons including but not limited to these:

If the proposed idea is used somewhere in the world, if yes, what was the outcome?

Does your company carry resources (finance or intellectual) to implement the proposed idea?

Is it culturally and socially acceptable to work on the proposed idea?

Does it sound financially viable?

Does it go with the company image and long-term strategic plan?

You have to justify each idea with solid reasons and then complete the report. Consider this a professional task to carry on Scamper on your selected brand.

Topic 2 - Find a Current Market Product/Service of your choice which is relatively a popular brand among the masses and come with a better alternative to that product/service. You will introduce new alternative as a new brand. Also, write detailed analysis of how this different product/service is better than the previous one and how it differentiates effectively and efficiently (Solution Orientation). You need to describe features of the product and relate that to the new features you offer, also differentiate your new features with the previous one by making comparison and how it would make impact on the lives. Also mention companys ability to introduce new feature and what costs would be inculcated to carry out this work.

Topic 3 Draft Detailed Analytical report of Four-Leaf Clover. For the Missing Links and Incongruities (You have to find relevant business ideas in a selected industry.) I need detailed analysis of what is missing and how it will complement the industry current offerings; for incongruities need to find ideas that will enhance the industry by reducing cost or saving time for users. Need detailed analysis on how it will do that. For Innovation and Occurrence need a detailed report on how historically innovations and occurrences changed your selected industry with real examples. (I need at least 3 ideas in each head)

Topic 4 - Select an Industry and run Grid of Opportunity on that industry. Fill the table with possible Improvements in each head. Write detailed analysis on how they will be better for the industry and how are they different from the current. Also mention if these new ideas are working anywhere in the world already or not.
