You need to state if your data is close together or spread far apart and back this up with the calculation (don't eyeball it) for how much of your data lies within +/- 1 standard deviation from the sample mean (calculate the sum of your mean + 1 standard deviation and the sum or your mean - 1 standard deviation and then count how many numbers from your sample set fall in this interval and divide by 35 and multiply by 100 to convert that decimal to a percent for comparison). If you state that you have a large standard deviation and variability, but your calculation shows a tight spread since more than 68% of your data lies within +/- 1 standard deviation from the sample mean, then you'll be contradicting yourself, so this is important to look at quantitatively. Go with what you get from the calculation over eyeballing things
