PROJECT COMPONENTS:
EMAIL #1 - NON-PROFIT INTRODUCTION EMAIL: You have heard that BFIT is currently looking at ways to improve student education through technology. You will send an e-mail requesting the opportunity to partner with BFIT on the project. Your e-mail should introduce your organization, and briefly outline how your organizations mission aligns with BFITs and why the college should partner with your organization. You should show familiarity with BFITs needs. This is similar to the cover letter that would accompany your resume.
EMAIL #2 - CONFIRMATION EMAIL: You will send a follow-up email to your email of introduction, including your companys fact sheet. In this email you should confirm when you will be presenting your organizations initiative and should contain your companys Fact Sheet as an attachment. You should add something about BFIT that shows you know about the organization and feel that your company can match our needs. You will also introduce the team members from your company that will be in attendance at the proposal meeting.
