You should find $3$ decision$-$modeling dilemmas or problems in either a real setting$$at one of your team member$$s employers $($or in one of the top $100$ service companies, selected earlier by your team$)$ and think of a meaningful way that you could use the teachings of OPM $3000$ to model and optimize that decision. You have to focus on operational decisions, but any business decision is encouraged$$including financial, strategic, marketing, etc.

Use the appropriate blend of topics from the syllabus to solve your problem.$$A project need not encompass every syllabus topic. However, it is common that projects necessarily involve two or three areas. For example, you might be making simultaneous decisions. That said, the methods$/$tools employed must be used properly and demonstrate mastery.
