Consult with relevant stakeholders to gain approvals. Obtain referees$$ reports. Secure preferred candidate$$s agreement and provide an employment contract and advise relevant stakeholders of new appointment, including start date. You are advised to submit a report including all the details of the recruitment process along with, job descriptions, screening methods adopted, interview questions, referees$$ reports, offer letters, rejection letters and job agreement.
