You as a real estate agent have been given a job to identify and record client needs and preferences for lease of commercial property, respond to lessor questions or concerns and provide suitable information. Record communications with lessor according to agency requirements. Prepare information and advice to support client needs and preferences and clarify their issues and concerns. Explain lease process to the client.

Prepare and complete agency documentation for lease of property. Secure and maintain client documentation. Plan communication methods and timeframe for feedback on leasing process with client. Submit a report incorporating the details of client needs and preferences, a record of communication with client, agency and client documentation for lease of property.
