You will add a new page called history.html (complete with navigation links on all pages) that contains information about the history of your chosen town or city. This doesnt need to be an exhaustive history, but it should be able least a few paragraphs in length.
Remember to track all references that you use in this section to provide appropriate citations on the references page.
You will update any HTML pages and CSS files to make appropriate use of margins, borders, padding, etc. Choose colors and layouts that make sense and present your information in a clear manner.
You will also update your HTML and CSS to use two- or three-column layout. Some suggestions might be:
Using a two-column layout to place the navigation links off to the side of every page.
Using a two- or three-column layout on one of the pages to break up the information into logical chunks.
Using a two-column layout on the history page to list the specific references on this page.
If your history page contains a lot of information, a multi-column layout may help break up the walls of text into more readable chunks (see pages 196-199 for ideas)
Note: if you are using a two- or three-column layout on one page only, you could create a separate CSS file for the layout here to separate it from the main CSS, but thats not required. You will still need to link to the main CSS on these pages.
So, with this submission, you will have, at minimum, the following files: townname.html, about_me.html, references.html, history.html, and main.css.
You are welcome to add more to this site as you want, but these are the minimum requirements.
