You will be building and populating a new database in your SQL server management studio environment. Document each step with screen captures showing the queries you use and their result. In addition to the screen captures documenting your progress, provide a set of screen captures at the end that show your final results (database, tables, relationships, and data). The database you build must be normalized to 3rd normal form and include relevant attribute and data types which may require you to provide additional content beyond what is provided in the instructions below. In your submission, include screen captures of the database and table construction, data population, and a final screen capture showing all of the data in all of the tables (e.g. Select * from...full join...).
