You will choose three different countries outside of the US. You are an executive for a US-based medium-sized firm (you may decide what your product or service is) looking to expand globally. You will perform a PEST analysis (political, economic, social, technological) on the three countries. Then you will choose one to expand to and justify why this is the best fit for your firm and list out the strategy you will deploy in the new expansion location.
