Observe and document known processes executed by someone else

Example: An ATM or a traffic sign

Attempt to find out their process and their underlying explanation for their process $-$ Report this information.

You should get the perspective of the same process from $5$ other students$$your observation of others and five students doing the process.

If I were to do Chipotle ordering $$ I would go to Chipotle and watch people order $$ looking for the jobs to be done, exceptions, nonconsumption, harmful jobs, and unseen demand. Next, I would ask five students to describe their order from Chipotle.
