You will continue working with the database scenario you selected to use throughout this course from Learning Plan 1. You will add components to this project in this Learning Plan related to the topics you have studied. You will continue to document your work in your MS Word document that you started in Learning Plan 1. For this Learning Plan, each scenario has the following tasks: Review the diagram you made from the previous chapter for all three levels of normalization. Change the diagram to reflect the fully normalized design. Document in writing why you made the changes you did, or why you did not need to make changes. You should note their thoughts on each level of normalization. For level one, if you found no repeating groups or multivalued attributes, the diagram meets first normal form. If you do find repeating groups or multivalued attributes,you should have broken them into separate entities and created new relationships. For Second Normal Form,you should note any occurrences of functional dependencies; that is any separate themes in any of the entities. If discovered, these too should be broken out into separate entities and new relationships. If you find none,you can certify that the diagram conforms to Second Normal Form. For Third Normal Form you should note the search for transient dependencies. If any are found,they should be broken into new entities. Review the normalized diagram for completeness. Do the entities capture all the data needed to meet the business rules and needs of Wild Wood Apartments? This involves a comparison with previous documents and notes. If anything is discovered as left out, it should be added and the diagram adjusted to reflect the additions.
