This project is left to you to design and create as long as it includes all sections of the management system! Get as creative as you can! Choose the format for your audit tool (document or spreadsheet). Your audit tool needs to meet these requirements:

Professional and visually appealing - Create your audit company and brand the tool.

All elements of the management system incorporated.

Items included under each element to be evaluated make sure you are clear with what items/ documents need to be reviewed in each section

. Easy to follow and understand if needed provide a guidance document of how to use the tool.

If your audit tool is followed you would visually be able to tell if the auditee met the requirement of a successful management system.
