You will create a one$-$page, infographic to demonstrate your personal leadership credo. Yes, this activity is similar to the one you created for the ICC reflection. This time, however, it is about your leadership philosophy. You can use technology such as Canva, PPT$,$ or Word to create a one$-$page expression of your learning. Creating our own patterns helps us to learn. This one$-$pager connects to both the verbal and visual learning styles, to what you've read and experienced from our class time together. Again, you'll have the opportunity to connect words, images, and personal values. In short, this one$-$pager becomes a metaphor for the learning you've done.

Your one$-$page, illustration$/$writing should:

Demonstrate at least two SELF considerations that will guide$/$influence your leadership. $($These can include, identity, values statements, personality considerations, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution etc. considerations.$)$

Make a personal statement about what at least two things you've read, viewed, or experienced as you've interacted with the readings, activities, or in$-$class assignments as it relates to OTHERS. $($This can include emphasis you will place on various topics such as: intercultural communication flexibilty, power and influence tactics, acknowledgement of bias$/$efforts to lead with an open ethnorelative frame of mind, leadership style$($s$)$ of choice etc.$)$

Discuss at least two SITUATIONAL concepts that were of interest to you. How will the new understanding of these two $($could include situational leadership principles, Drive$/$motivational concepts, or change theories$)$ convert to specific operating norms that will guide your leadership? $($What behaviors will be observable from your leadership?
