Develop a WHS action plan (Appendix 2) for the implementation of your recommendations, including the implementation of training/induction recommendations. The action plan should be consistent with recommendations and justification with respect to compliance and adherence to organisational requirements.

Develop a WHS induction and training program for workers in a work area as part of the organisation's training program and PowerPoint presentation (6 -10 slides). Ensure your training session:

adheres to existing policies and procedures

is designed to address performance issues and your recommendation

demonstrates adherence to overall company aims and objectives

has a particular target audience

demonstrates adherence to WHS legislation, codes of practice or standards

Conduct WHS training
