You will need to create a TQM program that will be presented to the General

Manager and Director of Sales of the Statler Grand Hotel for consideration to

implement. The TQM program must incorporate the following five departments:

Food & Beverage, Front Desk$/$Guest Services, Housekeeping, Human Resources,

and Maintenance. Each of the eight primary principles and how they will be used to

meet the hotel$$s customer service and financial objectives need to be thoroughly

and persuaively explained. The emphasis of the explanation of each core idea

should be on the how and why your recommendation will be effective
