You will need to research various brainstorming techniques. Although brainstorming is typically performed in group sessions, you will be applying the same techniques to analyze your problem. Select a brainstorming technique. Through the application of brainstorming, explore possible causes of the problem, what information you need to evaluate possible solutions, how you propose to obtain that information, and other variables you think you need to consider that will direct your research approach to a possible solution. Review the ideas you have generated and create your main categories with sub-categories for your ideas. Organize and prioritize each idea within each category. Then submit the following: (1) Briefly describe the brainstorming technique you selected to generate your ideas. (2) Provide a brief problem description that clearly defines the issue. (3) Identify the main categories you created and include the subcategories under each one with prioritized tasks. Provide details that demonstrate an understanding of brainstorming and consideration of aspects relating to the project. You may consider using an organizational flow chart format that expands from the main problem into each main category/sub-category with the list of your ideas relating to each one. (3) List and explain the informal research methods you are planning to use. Include why you selected each method and how it will provide you information needed for your project solution.
