You will report 2,000-2,500 words excluding appendices and Reference List) which includes:

1) Introduction explaining the purpose and contents of the report

2) Matching training and development objective(s) you recommended in Task 1

3) A specific training session design/ lesson plan for one training session which you have designed to address a particular training or development need

4) Key issues to be considered in the design of the training session, including instructional methods, the trainee(s) ability, motivation and orientation to learning, and any special requirements or constraints for the sessions (examples of this may include materials, literacy or numeracy requirements and trainee language) 5) The informal and formal evaluation activities that you plan to use to assess the learning and performance outcomes of your session

6) An overall analysis and evaluation of your success (from your own perspective and your trainee(s) perspective) in achieving the learning outcomes

7) Suggestions and recommendations for repeat and/or follow up sessions
