You will review each question and then answer whether the stated accommodation is required by the ADA? You will choose, "Yes," "No," or "Maybe, It Depends." If you answer "maybe, it depends," then you will need to state what it depends on and upload your responses in the "ADA Accommodation Worksheet, Maybe It Depends" assignment. If you do not choose "Maybe, it depends" for any of the questions, then you will not need to upload anything into the additional assignment.
