You will select a specific skill for which to develop a behavioral skill training (BST) program. A BST program is a program you would you use to train other staff members or parents. Your program must include (a) a written task analysis, (b) description of the actions taken to create and validate the task analysis, and (c) the teaching method used (including rationale for the method selected). The training protocol should include, at a minimum, treatment integrity checklist, a novel "probe" situation for the trainee to demonstrate competency, and any other pertinent materials. Students will submit their written BST protocol.

Some examples of BST programs include: analysis of FA graphs, writing a tasks analysis for handing washing, writing BIPs, implementing components of a discrete trial program, etc.
