You will work through the project planning and project requirement specifications process for either new or existing

product software. Any business$-$related application or software simulator, or any industrial, medical, or commercial

software application or mobile app may be used.

You will need to demonstrate an understanding of how to specify and use project management applications and how

to write software specifications following the IEEE $830$ Software Requirements Specifications $($SRS$)$ format.

You will create a Project Plan, a Summary Evaluation, a Use Case Diagram, and add project modification plans in

assessing and changing opportunities in your project's development process.

Project Plan $(.$mppx file$)$

Create a project plan using MS Project. Complete a work breakdown structure $($WBS$)$ and software

development process$/$life cycle. Compare your project plan and breakdown structure to the IEEE$-830$

Software Requirement Specifications $($SRS$)$ format.

Note: For our purposes, the WBS $($phases$,$ activities, tasks$)$ should simply be the work needed to be done to

create all of Team Assignment $1.$

Updated Requirements Specification $(.$docx file; copy all diagrams into a single Word document$)$

Enhance the existing project requirements by adding a minimum of five new requirements to improve the

software functionality or quality. Note: Use the IEEE$-830$ SRS format.
