You will write a program called Count.java that will read the name of a file and a single word from the user, then the program counts how many times the word appears in the given file and prints the result. The program should not be case sensitive. Assume that the file doesnt contain any punctuation.

You must also check whether a file exists before attempting to read from the file. If the user enters the name of a nonexistant file, then your program should print "ERROR: not found." and exit without performing the word count.
