You will write a program in PHP that will calculate how much a person needs to pay in parking.

Directions You will write a program that will have the following as input from the user: one date and time (month, day, year, hour, and minute will all be chosen from select menus, and the year will be +/- 5 years from the current year) another date and time (again, month, day, year, hour, and minute will all be chosen from select menus, and the year will be +/- 5 years from the current year) three radio buttons, so the user can choose between short-term parking, long-term parking, and economy parking rates. The short-term should be chosen initially. \

The program will calculate how much the user should pay for parking if they were to start parking at the first date and time and leave the parking lot at the ending date and time. Use the pay rates that are in effect at the Fargo airport. http://fargoairport.com/ at-the-airport/parking/ Note that if either date is invalid, you must indicate so and do nothing else. Failure to abide by this part will result in me not grading the rest of the assignment. You must use for loops for the select drop down boxes. The default selected item in each of the drop down boxes should be the current date. Make a function (or functions) to create the drop down boxes as shown in class.
