You will write an email to your team explaining the problem and requesting volunteers to work evenings and$/$or weekends over the coming weeks to complete the project. Given the size of the team and the hours required to complete the project, you may propose specific solutions for distributing the work. You will also attempt to motivate the team to complete the project early.

Your team is salaried vs$.$ hourly, so you cannot offer overtime pay. However, your manager has given you approval to provide an incentive to motivate the team. You are only permitted to provide one of the following incentives:

Casual Fridays for the next six months

Expediting a long overdue technology upgrade for those who volunteer

Catered lunch six times during the duration of the project

One sick or vacation day $($available after project completion and to be used within six months$)$

As a bonus incentive, if the team completes the project by the original deadline, your manager has approved one$-$hour early off on Fridays for the next two months after the completion of the project.
