Ms. Park needs a PowerPoint presentation, which requires research, by tomorrow morning. Mr. Gomez needs a spreadsheet analysis of sales figure completed by noon. Since you cannot complete all this work by the time requested, you have a big internal customer service problem. In a word document answer the following questions:

2. List questions you would ask or other information you would collect related to the problem.

3. List possible options for solving the current problem and preventing a recurrence of the problem.
