You work for a general contractor. An owner you have never worked with calls you into their office and gives you a $20-$minute presentation about a job they want you to be the general contractor for. After the presentation, they hand you a long contract to sign saying that your company will manage all the work on the job. They are being very pushy and tell you that you have $5$ minutes to sign the contract, or they are giving the job to someone else. Is this legal? Why or why not?
