You work for a multinational organization. Your manager is asking you to conduct research on a business problem and create an outline for their business proposal presentation.

You are not presenting -- your manager is. Your job is to do the research for your manager and prepare an outline for their presentation.

Choose one of these 2 topics:

Topic A: Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in South Asia

Your manager needs your help preparing a pitch to the company's Head of South Asia. Convince them to take Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) more seriously, and to commit to DEI initiatives in the South Asia division.

Topic B: Emotional Intelligence in East Asia

Your manager needs your help preparing a pitch to the company's Head of Japan. Convince them to take emotional intelligence in the Japanese division more seriously, and to commit to developing their employees' emotional intelligence.

Create and submit to Dropbox:

• An outline
• A reference page (with at least 10 different sources) in APA style

Notes:

• Business leaders often ask, "who, what, why, where, when, and how," in no particular order. You MUST consider how to address these questions in your research and outline.
• Each one of these topics should involve a significant amount of research.
