Try to rationalize why you think this has become a problem; in other words, what is the source of the problem? For example, why is it so common to schedule questions when working in groups? Remember, this is not an excuse for these problems, but an attempt to understand why these problems are prevalent in a group work environment.

Once you have some similar reasons, a solution can be considered. This doesn't need to be the perfect antidote to the problem, but some kind of plan to counteract or prevent the problem you're analyzing from happening. Please specify your solutions for dealing with these harmful issues. If your team is exploring communication inefficiencies, it's not enough to say the solution is "better communication." Instead, you will need a tangible plan to maintain communication between team members. How do we do this?

How do you manage when you have to work with people you don't get along with at all? That is, what do you do when your task is still to complete a project but interpersonal conflict looms? How do you ensure task completion when there is conflict between individuals working on a project?
