Your client requests a draft of your cost plan report, you should

prepare the items below in your draft with appropriate

photographs, figures, records, schematic diagram, schedules,

specification etc. where necessary. :$-$

i$.$ Prepare a brief introduction of the building $($you may

assume additional details other than the above$)$

ii$.$ Prepare an estimated cost for preliminaries, main building

works, external works and any prime cost or provisional

sum. State all your assumption that you take into account

prior to the preparation of your cost plan if any.

iii. State to the Client, any exclusion for the client to

understand what is not included in the cost estimates
