After reading the "Not-So-Successful" Case Studies (Cobb's Ch. 18, pp. 289-301):

• Research and find/name a (one) company that shares the same challenges as Companies A, B, and C in the Chapter 18. Follow the same steps (i.e., Background, The Approach, What Went Wrong, and Overall Conclusions) in describing that company.
