In column F$,$ use the fill handle to copy the ABCD pattern without formatting.

Select cells A$2$:F$3$ and use the fill handle to copy the formatting only to the remaining cells.

On the Event sheet:

Select cells B$2$:L$2$ and use a fill series to project attendance with $75$ new attendees each year.

Select cells B$3$:L$3$ and use a fill series to project Gross Revenue using an increase of $$26,250$ per year.

Select cells B$4$:L$4$ and use a fill series to project the number of virtual machines $($VMs$)$ that will be needed based on an estimate of $225$ more per year. However, since the current infrastructure can only handle up to $6,500,$ stop the series at that value.
