Your discussion in this module will have two parts:

Part 1: Think about how important the function of communication is to an organization and the many ways that poor communication can contribute to human errorhas this ever happened to you? Please share one experience with your colleagues and describe how effective communication could have prevented the situation.

Part 2: Consider the value of leadership and the influence that good/bad leaders have on employee motivation, attitudes, persuasion, effective performance, and overall success. Provide an example of a person who will be familiar to everyone in the class (e.g., Eleanor Roosevelt, Adolph Hitler, Nelson Mandela), and discuss your analysis of the leader's influence.
