Select your preferred business concept from the list of three. You should pick a business concept that you would find interesting to manage. This course is not about developing marketing, financial, and operations plans for your business. You will make mostly strategic management decisions about this business without the need to demonstrate their viability with detailed plans or financial estimates.

A (CVP) describes compelling reasons why customers should do business with your organization rather than with your competitors.
