Your group has been appointed by the Security Commission to undertake a study of 5 listed companies from the same sector to provide the following feedback to the commission. The report should address the following concerns;

1) Highlight the critical issues of CG faced by these companies and assess the effectiveness of CG practices of these companies in addressing the underlying issues.

2) Concerning the duties and responsibilities of directors and the companies board structure, in your view why and why not the board has functioned/performed effectively. Justify your explanation.
