Which aspect of your previous work experience makes you the most qualified candidate for this position? Is there anything in your portfolio that demonstrates this work experience or what you have done in your previous places of employment?
Yes, within my portfolio my resume details my customer service and office administrator experience. Also, it details my communication,problem-solving and team skills.
How has your education prepared you for this position? Is there anything in your portfolio you can show us that demonstrates why you are a good fit because of the education you have received?
My education has prepared me to aid with case management, development, research and writing, client interviews, retrieval ofinformation, and drafting and preparing patient care plans. Thisinformation is listed under my education section of my portfolio.
Can you elaborate on a skillset you have that makes you ready to overcome any issues that might arise in this position?
I have immense communication skills that will allow me to reach out to the proper channels when a problem occurs, such as to report a client for threating behavior or get clarification on information. I am fluent with my words and am not afraid to speak up.
How do the assignments/projects you have completed during your education show your growth as a student?
The assignments I completed helped enhance my writing and communication skills, analytical thinking, organization, perseverance,and of course my scope of knowledge of Human and Social Services.
