Your organisation is currently implementing a Quality Management System $($QMS$)$ based on ISO $9001$ standards as an effort to ensure consistency in product or service quality. You, as a Facility Management Executive have been appointed by the management to conduct internal quality audit for one of the departments in the organisation. The purpose of the audit is to determine the effectiveness of QMS implementation in your organisation.

You are expected to do the following:

a$.$ Plan the audit, which includes the preparation of an audit checklist related to the processes of the chosen department. Attach the filled audit checklist or audit notes as evident.

b$.$ Conduct an audit andprepare an audit report that includes audit finding summary, Non Conformances $($NCs$)$ or Opportunities for Improvement $($OFIs$)$ observed.

c$.$ Propose suggestions on the root causes of the problems and suggestions for improvement.

d$.$Write the conclusion.
