Each group will source and identify $2$ products or services to a team member problems.

The group will identify a problem statement to validate the need for the solution.

Each team will identify a use case and realistic development options or purchase options for the products. $($how will your product or service help and how will it be developed$)$

$($of both products at least one must be developed from scratch$)$

Each team will work on market research, components required and sourcing of raw materials required.

Legal requirements$/$exemptions for Canada have to be captured and or identified if any

A full development, shipping logistics and marketing strategy has to be identified and documented.

Product competition has to be identified and a cost analysis has to be provided. $($if a similar product exists I want to know about it$)$

All teams must document and submit the projects, including a full market research, marketing plan and a market survey to identify validity of the product as well as feedback.
