Develop a Pareto Chart with your observations using the information given to you by the manager.

Then from Pareto Chart, you are required to draw a 'Run Chart' for the complaints.

Last, you will draw a fishbone diagram indicating some possible reasons for the top three complaints. Create categories and

probable causes for each category. Please refer to the Fishbone clip for creating categories.
