Your role as the risk manager is to create a training that will provide an overview of the role of the responsibility of each of the health care employees toward ensuring that they are adhering to risk management functions in an effort to create an atmosphere where quality care is delivered. The training will be conducted at orientation and annually thereafter. In each module, you will create the next section of the training as it pertains to the module topics.
