After seeing the software delivered so far the users have also come up with several new features they want which were not mentioned earlier.The CFO has reported that due to lagging sales in the last quarter, the Board of Directors is concerned about the funds required for some future products and yours is on the list of those under scrutiny.Your most senior and dedicated developer has turned in her notice after receiving a $50\%$ salary increase from a competitor organization. There are $2$ other developers equally strong with technical and communication skills and both are competing, sometimes not nicely, to replace the departing senior developer.A new Manager of Application Development has just been hired and he thinks your project completion date could be moved forward by several months to a much earlier date by adding some more software developers. He suggests adding about a half$-$dozen interns.
