For this task, you will need a volunteer (a friend, a relative, or a colleague) and an audio recording device.

Use the following guidelines to complete the task:

  • The supervisor must request that you generate the following reports for 1st July of the previous year: inventory value reconciliation report, price list, inventory count sheet, and items list.
  • The candidate must demonstrate that he/she is actively listening to the supervisor by confirming and clarifying the information and instructions given.
  • Among the information and instructions that must be provided are the following:
    • The time frame covered by these spreadsheets is July of the previous year.
    • The files must be saved and submitted using the format outlined in Kleenit’s policies and procedures: ACC405 – [Task Number] - [Document Name]. Thus, the candidate must generate the following reports with the following filenames:
      1. ACC405 – Task 6 - Inventory Value Reconciliation Report
      2. ACC405 – Task 6 - Price list
      3. ACC405 – Task 6 - Inventory Count Sheet
      4. ACC405 – Task 6 - Items List [Summary]
      • These files must also be printed out and submitted to the supervisor.
    • The Assessor’s Checklist below provides the rest of the criteria you must meet to complete this task.

Your audio submission must be no more than five (5) minutes long. Save your audio recording using the filename ACC405 – Task 6 – Audio Recording and submit it to your assessor.
