Your Task:
As the Social Director for Dodge Data Services, you are asked by President Dodge to invite all employees to a company Party on Saturday, July 3. Tell them that each employee may bring ONE adult guest. The reason: profits are up 25% due to the dedicated efforts of all employees. Include an opening, body and closing (at least three paragraphs).
In the opening (first paragraph), invite the staff and their adult guests to the Party. In the body (2nd paragraph), list the hotel or restaurant full contact information (you choose the place), and provide data about the menu, parking, dress attire, entertainment, cash bar, etc. BTW, two drinks are included; afterwards, $10 per drink. Ask the employees to RSVP by Thursday, July 1, so you will know how many people to provide food for. Include your contact information--a phone and an email. In the closing (3rd paragraph), encourage them to come to the Party.
