The more descriptive you can be, the better.
Next, I want you to write an evaluation that the mystery shoppers would have to complete after they had completed the scenarios. You may use one evaluation form for each of the three evaluations. Think about the types of service that you want them to evaluate. You might also have them evaluate the cleanliness of the company or perhaps the signs that are available.
