What is their managerial hierarchy level? How many people do they report to directly?

What is the most challenging part of their job?

How many of the four basic management principles do they use? $($planning$,$ organizing, leading and controlling$)$

What is their managerial span of control?

How important to their job are technical, conceptual, interpersonal, and communication skills?

What is their primary leadership style? Does that style work for most situations or do they sometimes use a different approach?

Using a minimum of three sources, write a two page research paper of that includes information from the interview and also addresses the following items:

A brief summary of the organization, its purpose, and products or services it provides.

A description of the industry in which the organization exists $($include a list of major competitors$).$

Your paper should tie back to the concepts studied in this course.
