You must describe 3 important features of your app that will make it "sticky", be better than your competitors' apps, and increase your sales/conversions. At least 1 of your features needs to try to be innovative and new. The technology for the app feature doesn't need to exist already, as long as it is somewhat realistic. For example, IKEA's app lets you take a picture of your room and use the app to place furniture pieces in the room to see how it would look.
