Your task is to find differentially expressed genes using two conditions of your choice $($for each

condition there should be at least $5$ samples$).$ For instance, you might want to find differentially

expressed genes in a tumor $($called target or case$)$ taking normal tissue as reference $($called also control$).$

Find expression data from a study using Affymetrix $($one$-$color$)$ array for two conditions of your choice.

For each condition, there should be at least two independent samples. The raw data should be in CEL
