You can select the process area of your choice. You should submit a report that highlights the current practices of the organization and then perform the Gap Analysis. Your report should contain sufficient discussion on the difference between the current practices and the corresponding requirements of the model. Subsequently, you are required to offer the guidelines to the organization for improvement of their software development processes.
