Assessment Description
Spotify is the largest music streaming service in the world, where it links music for users and artists through a subscription service, powered by data, analytics, and software. Spotify grew massively in 2017, and its listing on the stock exchange makes it challenging to provide a sustainable and stable service to its customers, whilst maintaining its competitive advantage over others.
Refer to the background, and recent developments of Spotify, and answer the following questions using the template provided in the Assessment Instructions section.

Students must conduct research externally and included references in order to produce a well referenced case study.
