Your task: Using the research and report writing skillset that you acquired this semester thus far, you and your partners will write a well-researched proposal for impactful ways to increase staff satisfaction and retention at one team member's company (as chosen by your team). 1. This plan should have at least four (4) different elements that show depth, complexity and evidence of critical thinking. This could mean that you have one major change with four sub-elements, or four significant changes that can plausibly happen at your company (with supporting evidence). 2. Groups of 3 must use at least five high-quality sources to support your proposal. Three of your sources must be a peer-reviewed articles or books published between 2010 and 2023. Your additional sources may include other quality/credible sources, including additional library database articles, professional videos (e.g., from academic sources), your company's professional website, government websites or documents (employment related), etcetera. You may also choose to use information from your recommendation report when highlighting the present challenges in your industry as it relates to staff satisfaction and retention.
